whitewashed old hilltop village sits inland from the coast with its most

more modern beachfront Morjacar offering hotels, apartments and small
commercial centres. In Morjacar you can have the best of both worlds,
from the very modern (beachside) to the very old (hillside) which makes
it an ideal place to purchase your new home or holiday home.
Lying just along the coast from Morjacar is the second largest fishing port of Garrucha. It has long been recognised as a tourist area as the land and mine owners of the 18th century made it their holiday retreat. The promenade is some 1500 metres in length which winds around the bay. You will find many white washed villas and apartments in this area also the many seafood restaurants, bars and cafes that make your stay in this area very relaxing and peaceful.
Vera boasts a 5km beachfront and has a Blue Flag Quality Award from the European Union. To the south you will come to Playazo Beach with is a Nudist Urbanization. To the north you will find the many hotels and first class camping sites.
