It is important that not only do we find you the right property but also that you have made the right choice in your chosen location and that you understand all information and legalities of buying a property in Spain. We as a company can help you at anytime with advice, if we can not answer your questions then one of our associates will.

Please bare in mind that we have many areas and properties on our books and it would be impossible to include all of them in our brochure or on our website. Should you not be able to find anything here that takes your eye, it does not mean that we haven’t got it. Upon request we will be able to find something suitable to your needs I am sure, as we have many associates from Faro to Murcia who deal with resalse, purpose built or developers and are waiting to assist you in any way they possibly can.

Once you are ready to book your flight we can arrange from our Spanish Office to book appointments in the areas in which you would like to buy your home, arrange your hotel and make your visit as hassle free as it possibly can be when attempting to purchase a holiday or permanent home abroad. If you require car hire, this can also be arranged on your behalf. Having booked your hotel and car, it only remains for our associates to meet you and take you on a viewing of properties and the area of your choice.
